A third of workers would leave their jobs due to poor wellbeing

Financial protection insurers UNUM have commissioned a study into the effects of workplace wellbeing on employees. They’ve published a great infographic with their findings. The biggest headline? 30% of employees would consider leaving their job if they experienced poor workplace wellbeing. The most important building blocks for staff loyalty? Salary (83%), a good relationship with the line manager (81%) and feeling empowered at work (79%). View the complete infographic for more interesting stats.
